This new product to our range is a complete Cure ideal for a whole range of Continental style sausages that require a very low nitrite salt to quickly cure the meats .
Ideal for many German and Eastern European and Chinese style sausages including many Brats and Kielbasa .
Use at 2% or 20 grams per kilo of meat . Contains 99.6% Salt and 0.4% Sodium Nitrite. 1kg Pack.
