This is the perfect kit to get you started making your own Salami and Chorizo.
This kit contains all the seasonings, cures, culture, skins, and roll of thin butchers twine. You won't be left to the wilderness, this box comes with full recipe and instructions so you can make a great product from the word go! Once you make one batch of salami and chorizo, we can assure you it won't be the last.
If you are a total beginner we advise making sausages before going on to make salami or chorizo.
Please note you will need a sausage stuffer or sausage attachments from your mincer to make salami and chorizo.
There is enough salts, seasoning, culture and skins to make 15-20 salamis and 1kg of meat and 2mtrs of casings will roughly make 3 x horseshoe regular sized chorizos.
