Unlike traditional cast-iron manual mincers, the TC-8 Inox features an all-stainless-steel construction, giving it a contemporary appearance while providing excellent durability, hygiene and ease of cleaning. Designed for smaller quantities of meat, the TC-8 Inox is ideal for preparing freshly minced meat, homemade burgers, meatballs, ragù and sausages. Its straightforward manual operation gives you control over the mincing process.
Despite its compact size, this is a robust and substantial machine, weighing 2.4kg. The mincer securely attaches to worktops up to 40mm deep, while the integrated upper and lower rubber table protectors provide a firm grip and help protect your work surface.
