Tre Spade TC-32 Stainless Steel Mincer Plate

The Tre Spade TC-32 mincer plate is made from Stainless steel.

There are a number of hole sizes to choose from, depending on how fine or coarse you would like to mince your meat. The external diameter of the plate is 99.5mm with a central hole measuring 13.2 mm on each plate.

Choose from the following sizes: 3mm, 4.5mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 10mm, 12mm & 16mm. Below are the mince grades you can expect from each plate.

3.0mm - Very Fine

4.5mm - Fine

6.0mm - Medium

8.0mm - Coarse

10mm - Very Coarse (Great for most salamis)

12mm - Very Coarse

Kidney Plate - Just 3 holes.

All sizes are made from 100% Stainless Steel and are suitable for a No.32 Mincer. Always use stainless steel plates in conjunction with a stainless steel knife.
