Tre Spade TC-22 Stainless Steel Mincer Plate
The Tre Spade TC-22 stainless steel mincer plate is made from stainless steel. There are a number of hole sizes to choose from, depending on how fine or coarse you would like to mince your meat.
The sizes available are 3mm, 4.5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm and Kidney Plate (3 holes).

The Tre Spade TC-22 mincer plate are great for most No.22 Mincers.
There are a number of hole sizes to choose from depending on how fine or coarse you would like to mince your meat. The external diameter of the plate is 82.5mm with a central hole measuring 11.0 mm on each plate.
Choose from the following sizes: 4.5mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 10mm, & 16mm. Below are the grades of mince you can expect to get from each plate.
3.0mm - Very Fine
4.5mm - Fine
6.0mm - Medium
8.0mm - Coarse
10mm - Very Coarse (Great for most salamis)
12mm - Very Coarse (Great for most salamis).
16mm - Sausage Making Plate (for when it goes back through the mincer into skins the second time around).
Kidney Plate - Just 3 holes.
All sizes are made from 100% Stainless Steel and are suitable for a No.22 Mincer. Always use stainless steel plates in conjunction with a stainless steel knife.
