This is a truly heavy-duty manual mincer built for mincing all types of meat. It features a tinned cast iron body, worm, and retaining ring, and includes a self-sharpening stainless steel blade along with an 8mm stainless steel plate for standard mince.
As with all Tre Spade mincers, the knife and plate are made of stainless steel. The knife is self-sharpening, offering long-lasting durability and reducing the need for frequent replacements. It has a 'bolt-down base' with four mounting holes, but thanks to its substantial weight, it can easily be used on the top of any worktop.
All parts are simple to dismantle, making this machine easy to clean and very durable. The mincer comes complete with everything needed to start mincing immediately. It is ideal for DIY butchers eager to process large batches of meat, whether in the kitchen or even in the field. The Mincer includes an 8mm Stainless Steel Mincer Plate, a Stainless Steel Mincer Knife and a Set of 2 Plastic Sausage Nozzles (10 & 20mm).
