Tre Spade TC-12 Stainless Steel Mincer Plate
The Tre Spade TC-12 stainless steel mincer plates are designed to fit TC-12 electric and manual mincers. There are a number of hole sizes to choose from depending on how fine or coarse you would like to mince your meat.
The sizes available are 4.5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 16mm.

There are a number of hole sizes to choose from depending on how fine or coarse you would like to mince your meat. The external diameter of the plate is 69.5 mm, with a central hole measuring 10.2mm.
Choose from the following sizes: 4.5mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 10mm, & 16mm. Below are the mince grades you can expect from each plate.
4.5mm - Fine
6.0mm - Medium
8.0mm - Coarse
10mm - Very Coarse (Great for most salamis)
12mm - Very Coarse (Great for most salamis)
16mm - Sausage Making Plate (for when it goes back through the mincer into skins the second time around).
All sizes are made from 100% Stainless Steel and are suitable for both a No.12 Mincer and a Classic No.10 Manual Mincer. If you are buying stainless steel plates, always use them in conjunction with a Stainless steel knife.
