This is a real sturdy and strong manual burger press made from Cast Aluminium coated in Xylan.
Designed for a lifetime of use, this deluxe all-in-one burger press makes perfect burgers, each and every time. It provides just enough pressure to make patties that can withstand falling apart on grill or frying pan. It's also great for ensuring you don't oversize your burgers getting a perfect uniform burger every time.
It's nonstick aluminium coating ensures raw meat will never stick to the burger press.
This press has a width of 100mm (4") and makes a quarter pounder sized burger.
Simply place your minced meat on to a table or on to a burger disc. Using the burger press, press down on to the meat to create your perfectly circular burger. Finally place burger disc on to the top of the meat and top and tail.
The press itself is easy to use and very easy to clean.
