These hog bladders come in packs of 5 and are perfect for making small salamis holding up to 1kg of meat. They are much smaller than beef bladders and have a diameter 35/45mm.
These hog bladders are washed, turned over, and either salted or inflated with air and then dried.
They have been dehydrated and will require soaking before use.
