The 24mm sheep casings are considered a premium yellow tag sheep casing. They are white to yellow in colour and offer users greater flexibility. Each pack contains 80 metres of casings. Cured in salt and vacuum-packed, these spooled sheep casings are selected from prime British sheep.

 They are strong during filling, have long, quality lengths, and are very tender on the palate when eaten. All our casings are chosen to a strict A/B quality, with every metre water-tested before spooling and curing in salt. They are ideal for anyone seeking a quality standard sheep casing without any fuss. Due to their consistent quality, they have become one of our most popular calibres. They arrive vacuum-packed and salted, ready to soak and use.
