Silver Tag Spooled Hog Casings 35/38mm (72mtr)

Product Details

This spooled pack of casings come ready spooled making them super easy to soak and insert onto the nozzle without those annoying knots and tangles. They have a very white colour and look very clean. When using these casings they have excellent flexibility and will produce a Cumberland-style sausage.

With 72 mtrs in length, these spooled casings will make up to 40kg of sausages. 

The grade of this hog casing is 35/38mm. Your sausage will be 35-38mm/1.4” in diameter once casings have been filled/stuffed (around the same size as a standard milk bottle top).

This product will have a minimum best-before-life of 6 months. It will last this full time, even if opened, as long as the usage and storage instructions are followed.
