These casings have a diameter of 45mm and a length of 75cm, making them ideal for medium-sized charcuterie items.
Each pack includes 25 casings, with one end clipped and looped for convenient filling and hanging. To use HUKKI casings, dip them briefly into cold water mixed with a 10-15% saltwater solution.
