At the heart of the TC-32 is its heavy-duty tin-plated cast iron construction, with the body, worm and retaining ring all manufactured from robust cast iron for outstanding strength and long service life. The substantial construction provides the stability and durability needed for frequent, demanding use.
The TC-32 is supplied with a self-sharpening stainless steel knife and 8mm stainless steel mincing plate, producing a clean and consistent mince. It is well suited to processing beef, pork, lamb, venison and other game meats, including tougher cuts containing sinew and gristle.
For added stability, the mincer features a solid base with four drilled mounting feet, allowing it to be securely bolted to a suitable work surface. This makes it particularly useful in workshops, preparation areas and other fixed processing setups.
Despite its heavy-duty construction, the TC-32 is designed with practicality in mind. The mincing components can be quickly dismantled for easy cleaning and maintenance, helping to keep the machine hygienic and ready for its next use.
