The Tre Spade TC-22 El ECO Electric meat mincer is the largest model in the Eco range. Stripped back to its bones, this is a Tre Spade mincer for purists. With no motor cover and a simple red, hardened plastic tray, this mincer is designed to process meat quickly and efficiently.
The mincer features a 0.8HP motor, allowing you to mince through 2.6kg (5.7lbs) of meat per minute.
It comes complete with a stainless steel knife, two stainless steel plates (6mm and 16mm), and a set of sausage-making nozzles (10mm and 20mm). The knife is self-sharpening, making it ideal for prolonged use.
The head, worm, and screw are made from high-quality Italian cast iron, while the receiving tray is constructed from high-resistance plastic.
This machine's base is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring its durability under operational pressure. At 17.5kg, it is a robust and reliable machine capable of handling large quantities of meat at once.
