The No.22 Inox Knife will fit most standard no.22 Electric mincers and Manual no.22 mincers. It measures 75mm across from point to point and has a central hole measuring 14mm.
We recommend to always use a Stainless Steel Knife in conjunction with a Stainless Steel Plate.
