Pork and caramelised onion go together like salt and pepper. This mix has oodles of caramelised ground onions, concentrating their flavour and accentuating their sweetness.

A bit of a winter warmer, this mix produces a sausage that works well in casseroles, toad-in-the-hole or the simple but classic British dish of sausage and mash. 

This mix is sold in trade packs with the option of:

5 x 0.681kg packs (1 x 5 mix case). Each individual Mix makes a 10lb batch.

12 x 1.362kg packs (1 x 12mix case). Each individual Mix makes a 20lb batch.
