The Parmanello Seasoning comes in a 200g bag and is blended to make that authentic Milano Salami that you would see in any Italian Market. The bessastart culture is great for kick-starting the process of fermentation and maturation. The beef middles are specifically graded at 50/55 for Milano salami and come vac packed and ready salted.

If you are a total beginner we would advise having a go at making sausages before going on to salami. You will need a sausage stuffer or sausage attachments for a mincer to make your own chorizo.
