MRC’s Caribbean Jerk Glaze is full of exciting ingredients such as fragrant cinnamon, allspice, black pepper, nutmeg and cayenne to give it that extra lively, fiery kick of flavour.
Rub glaze into your meat thoroughly and leave to marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes before cooking. Use at 8-10% and oven bake, BBQ, grill or stir fry. Cook thoroughly before consumption.
