Fantastic bit of kit for making sausages at home. If you have a surface with an overhanging edge to use the supplied clamps, you can easily crank one handed. The only thing I'd recommend doing (this isn't a complaint) is, upgrading to stainless steel nozzles. The plastic ones are fine but slightly rough at the edges which causes extra resistance when loading the skins on and when pumping out sausages. This thing feels like it'll last decades. And my only reason for replacing it would be to get a larger capacity, vertical filler. But even then, I'll be sticking with a Trespade from Weschenfelder.
