Our Gluten-Free Sausage Mixes gives you the opportunity to make a traditional British sausage without having to resort to a 100% meat content recipe that are often too dense and dry for our palate, particularly children.

The mix is perfect for using with pork to create a sweet succulent tasting sausage the can be used as an all rounder.

The Gluten-Free Honeyroast Mix contains Dried Potato Flake and Brown Soya Mince to substitute the Rusk or Bread Crumbs that are normally used in British style sausages, and are complete with added seasonings and herbs. All you need to do is add this mix to meat and water.

Each 1.362kg pack is sufficient for a 9.07kg (or 20lb) batch of sausage. Use the following ratios ; 5.89kg Meat, 1.36kg Mix and 1.81kg Cold Water. Simply follow the method in our black leaflet.
