Product Details
Pre-spooled onto easy-to-use plastic rods, these casings make sausage production quicker and more efficient. Simply soak in warm water, slide the casings straight from the rod onto your sausage machine nozzle, and you're ready to fill. No more time wasted searching for the ends or untangling casings!
With a 24mm diameter, they are ideal for producing traditional breakfast sausages and other smaller-diameter sausage varieties. Sheep casings are naturally tender, giving your sausages a delicate bite while remaining strong enough for everyday sausage production with a little care when handling.
These casings are supplied in a trade-friendly bucket and are salted and vacuum-packed to maintain quality and can be stored for six months or longer in a cool, dry place.
This trade pack of casings yields a total of 115 kg, with each individual 40mtr pack making 11.5 kg.
