Product Details
Packed in a salt-cured vacuum pouch for freshness and convenience, and supplied in a white plastic bucket, the butcher pack supplies 10 x 40mtr packs. Each 40mtr pack of chipolata sheep casings is enough to produce around 9–10kg of sausage. Every metre is individually water-tested before curing to ensure consistent strength, reliability, and ease of use during filling.
Perfect for producing classic chipolatas, cocktail sausages, traditional pigs in blankets, Drywors, Nürnberger sausages, and other fine, thin sausages that require a delicate natural casing. For best results, we recommend using a 10mm filling nozzle.
