This is an ex-display Tre Spade TC-22 Elegant Plus Mincer that has an outstanding pedigree and is the best seller in the TC-22 lineup. The machine is brand new and has simply been out of the box for display purposes at a recent exhibition. As a result, we can sell this machine at a discounted price. The packaging all looks in good shape, and the mincer will be supplied with the usual sausage-making accessories, including a 16mm plate and a pair of nozzles. Weighing 18kg and featuring a 0.8HP motor, this machine processes meat at an impressive 160kg per hour (2.6kg per minute). It effectively handles all types of meat, including tough gristle and sinew found in game meats, making it particularly ideal for commercial environments and a favoured choice among butchers and chefs alike.

The TC-22 Elegant 22 Plus mincer by Tre Spade is ideal for butchers, farm shops, restaurants, and cafes aiming to process large quantities of meat at once. Manufactured in Torino, Italy, this robust and well-designed mincer is both reliable and durable.

It features a high-quality cast iron body, a forged steel worm, a stainless steel tray and motor cover, and an AISI-430 stainless steel base. 

This mincer comes equipped with an 8mm plate for mincing and a 16mm plate for sausage-making. For sausage production, two sausage-making nozzles (10mm and 20mm) are included.

It operates on a single-phase 0.8HP motor, and the unit easily disassembles for convenient storage and cleaning.
