A real classic from MRC and been one of the most popular glazes for many years. Made from Grandad Roy over 40 years ago with ingredients including star anise, cinnamon & ginger. This glaze has a sweet and spicy flavour with a distinctive aniseed tang.
To use simply place some of the mix in a bag, add the meat and give it a good shake. Leave the meat to rest for 15 minutes to marinade before cooking.
