A full flavoured sausage seasoning comprising of a selected blend of spices and herbs including rubbed Marjoram, Nutmeg, Rosemary, and Thyme along with a blend of ground white and black pepper. This seasoning is designed to enhance and compliment most combinations and varieties of traditional game. It is ideal for Rabbit, Pheasant, Partridge and Venison.
Each pack contains 227g and is enough for a 20lb mix of sausage. All you need in addition are some casings, bread rusk and your own meat!
We would recommend also adding some Pork Belly, as Game on its own can be on the dry side.
