The spices is simply packed into a 400g sealed vac bag and comes with a tried and tested recipe.
Simply marinade your meat in a little water and vinegar, then coat this spice mix over the meat before drying. The spice smells wonderful & produces a beautiful Biltong providing the meat is just as good!
