Inspired by the Weschenfelder family routes this is a classic German 'Thuringer ' Bratwurst recipe which certainly goes down well at any family meal.
The Bratwurst is made with finely ground Pork, Bullifrisch (a binding seasoning) a Thuringer seasoning which contains Ground Pepper, Caraway Seeds, Marjoram and Garlic.
This product includes 2 seasonings 1 x 200-gram pack of Thuringer Seasoning and 1 x 200-gram pack of Bullifrish.
Use at the rate of 8 grams of seasoning and 6 grams Bullifrish per kilo of meat, plus 15 grams Salt.
