The mincing head, worm and screw ring are manufactured from high-quality tin-plated cast iron, providing a strong and robust machine that can cope with regular meat preparation.
The generous stainless steel receiving tray gives you plenty of room to prepare and hold your meat before it enters the mincing head, making it especially useful for larger batches.
Weighing 13.5kg, the TC 12 ELEGANT is a powerful yet compact mincer that's easy to use on any worktop. The stainless steel base plate and additional non-slip feet provide extra stability on the work surface.
The mincer can be quickly disassembled, making cleaning and maintenance straightforward once you're finished mincing.
