These Beef Bladders come in packs of 5 and are perfect for making small salamis holding up to 1kg of meat. They have a diameter of 35mm and a length of 40cm.
The bladders are washed, turned over, and either salted or inflated with air and then dried.
They have been dehydrated and will require soaking before use.
