This is the ideal Electric Mincer for home or light commercial use.


It will mince with ease Pork, Game, Lamb, Beef or Venison & is supplied with two nozzle attachments so you can also use it for Sausage Making. Mincing through a fine plate it will also produce a smooth texture for Paté. It will mince 20lbs of meat in approximately 10-15 minutes. Made in Italy by Trespade of Torino it is a quality piece of machinery that is well engineered & built to be a sturdy little work-horse!

It is supplied with two plates, a 6mm Medium plate for mincing & a 16mm plate & two nozzles for sausage-making. It is easy to dismantle and clean and will fit easily into the bottom section of a standard Kitchen cupboard.

We stock three sizes of Electric Mincers, the No 8, No 12 and No 22. The No 8 is the smallest and ideally suited for Home use, for making batches of mince & for Sausage, Paté or Burgers. The No 12 is for those mincing larger batches and would be ideally suited for a smallholder with a couple of pigs to process, or a restauranteur. The No 22 is all together bigger and will mince with ease larger batches and would be suited for a small farm-shop, small butchers or for members of a shoot where the game is produced in large quantities. We can supply bigger Mincers, for instance a No 32 - please phone for assistance.

To make sausages with the No.8 El Young Mincer you mince the meat first, then add the seasonings, breadcrumbs etc and mix well. Remove the knife from the mincer, then insert the 16mm plate & put one of the nozzles through the front screw. Shire some casings over the nozzle leaving about an inch hanging over the end, then put the sausage meat back through the mincer & fill into the casings!
