This is a real sturdy and strong manual burger press made from cast aluminium coated in Xylan.
Designed for a lifetime of use, this deluxe all-in-one burger press makes perfect burgers, each and every time. It provides just enough pressure to make patties that can withstand falling apart on the grill or frying pan. This press is also great for ensuring you don't oversize your burgers getting a perfect uniform burger every time.
The nonstick aluminum coating ensures the meat will release from the press every time without a problem.
The press has a width of 127mm (5") and makes a large quarter pounder sized burger.
To use this press, simply place your meat on to a table or on to a burger disc. Using the burger press, press down on to the meat to create a perfectly circular burger. Finally place a burger disc on to the top of the meat and top and tail.
The press itself is extremely easy to use, very durable, and easy to dismantle and clean.
