This burger mix features some classic spices including cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and pepper which are balanced out by a herby blend of thyme, parsley, garlic and onions. In the mix are a small handful of diced dehydrated apricot chunks which give your pheasant burgers an added zing.

This 300g pack of burger mix will make almost 5kg batch of burgers which equates to approximately 40 burgers.

Use at a rate of 7.5%. Recipe; 85% Meat (4kg), 7.5% Mix (300g), 7.5% Water (300g).
