Whether it's the sweetness of the Caramelised Onion, the kick of the Louisiana or the lemony goodness of the Sicilian, there truly is a flavour for everyone in this pack.

These are the essential flavours for your summer barbecues and are a great set of complete mixes. 

Both the Caramelised Onion and Sicilian mixes will make a 10lb batch of sausages, whilst the Louisiana will make a 20lb batch. Each pack contains rusk, so all you need to do is add the water, and you are set to go. 

You can scale down the recipe provided on the front of each pack if you wish to make smaller batches and put the complete mix back in a dry storage cupboard for use at a later date.
