Each mix will make a 10lb batch of sausages. Each pack contains rusk, so all you need to do is add the water, and you are set to go. 

You can scale down the recipe provided on the front of each pack if you wish to make smaller batches and put the complete mix back in a dry storage cupboard for use at a later date.
