The head, worm, and screw are made from high-quality Italian cast iron with the receiving tray, cover & base in stainless steel.

To make sausages with the TC 12 160 Mincer you mince the meat first, then add the seasonings, breadcrumbs etc & mix well. Remove the knife from the mincer, then insert the 16mm plate & put one of the nozzles through the front screw. Shire some casings over the nozzle leaving about an inch hanging over the end, then put the sausage meat back through the mincer & fill into the casings.
