Original Cumberland blend with three types of sage, pepper and nutmeg. This seasoning has been made to an original Lake District recipe & will produce a traditional North Country Cumberland Sausage with visual herbs.
Each pack contains 227g and is enough for a 20lb mix of sausage! All you need in addition are some casings, bread rusk and your own meat!
