Returning a Parcel?


Read the information below, then use the Weschenfelder Royal Mail Returns Portal to make your return for parcels with a weight of under 2kg, or select the Weschenfelder DPD Returns Portal for parcels with a weight of over 2kg.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of items.

For all items that have not been opened or used and are clearly in their original packaging, you may use the returns portal straight away. Returns should always include a copy of your original invoice with your name and address clearly shown.

If you wish to return items that are damaged or opened, please notify us immediately upon receipt by calling 01642 241395 or emailing [email protected]. All goods must be returned unused, in their original state, and in the original packaging where possible. We will aim to provide a resolution where possible and reasonable. In most cases, we will direct you to one of the returns portals.

Please note we cannot accept returns of foodstuffs or casings if their protective packaging has been opened.

If you return goods that are damaged or opened without contacting us, you may not receive a refund. You cannot return used goods.

To make the process quick and easy, please visit our Royal Mail Returns Portal (for parcels under 2kg) or visit the DPD Returns Portal (for parcels over 2kg) to arrange a free return. Depending on your location, you can drop off your parcel at your nearest Post Office or DPD pickup store. In some cases, you may also have the option to have it collected at your door. 

We aim to process refunds for returns within 10 working days. We will only refund the items returned from your full order and not the original postage paid.

For a full refund of your items, all goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in sellable condition in their original packaging. We are not responsible for products until they reach our warehouse.

If you purchase a product between November 1st and January 1st, it is eligible for return or exchange for 42 days. This is specifically to allow those who receive goods and are gifting them as presents more time to return them.

If your item is returned to us because it is held at the postage/delivery office and you fail to collect it, you must pay postage for the parcel's redelivery if you still require it. If you no longer require the parcel, Weschenfelder will issue a full refund for the order, excluding the original delivery charge. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
