Product Details
These hog bladders come in packs of 10 and are perfect for making small salamis holding up to 1kg of meat. They are much smaller than beef bladders and have a diameter 35/45mm.
These hog bladders are washed, turned over, and either salted or inflated with air and then dried.
They have been dehydrated and will require soaking before use.
