This is a fully stainless steel professional no.22 Mincer from Tre Spade. With a throughput of 180kg per hour, this mincer is more than apt for small-scale butcher shops, restaurants, cafes, hotels or any small meat processing company.
This mincer is 100% stainless steel from the worm to the screw ring, everything is made from top-quality stainless steel making it perfect for commercial use.
The giant hopper tray allows for plenty of room to put your chopped meat on prior to it being minced.
This mincer is fully made in Italy and all parts are available on our website.
Product Details
As with all Tre Spade Mincers, this is a machine of real beauty and manufactured with a certain Italian class. Designed to go through all meats and cut through the sinew or any gristle in the meat at pace. The TC-22 Pro has a 1.5HP motor and a worm revolution of 120 Revs per minute which gives this machine the capability to do around 3kg per minute (180kg per hour) with continuous use.
The reduction unit has helical hot forged and tempered steel gears in the oil bath ensuring that this mincer can handle the meat you throw at it.
The mincer has a 220-240 Volt – 50 Hz single-phase asynchronous induction motor (motors with other voltages, frequencies and different power are available on request) certified for continuous use.
The Mincer can be easily disassembled making it ideal for quick and easy cleaning.
