Stainless steel no.12 mincer plate.
There are a number of hole sizes to choose from depending on how fine or coarse you would like to mince your meat. The external diameter of the plate is 69.5 mm with Central Hole measuring at 10.2mm on each plate.
Choose from the following sizes: 4.5mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 10mm, & 16mm. Below are the grades of mince you can expect to get from each plate.
4.5mm - Fine
6.0mm - Medium
8.0mm - Coarse
10mm - Very Coarse (Great for most salamis)
12mm - Very Coarse (Great for most salamis)
16mm - Sausage Making Plate (for when it goes back through the mincer into skins the second time around).
All sizes ate made from 100% Stainless Steel and are suitable for both a No.12 Mincer and Classic No.10 Manual Mincers. If you are buying stainless steel plates, always use in conjunction with a Stainless steel knife.
