This beautifully engineered smoker has 4 removable stainless steel racks and simple to use temperature controls. This smoker automatically extinguishes bisquettes every 20 minutes into the water bowl and are replaced by new ones ensuring that the temperature does not fluctuate eliminating high-temperature gasses, acids, and resins that can often distort the smoky flavour.
Uniquely this smoker also offers the user the additional ability to roast, smoke and barbeque outdoors making it the perfect outdoor kitchen accessory to entertain guests and experiment with new smoked flavours.
The bisquettes are available in a variety of woods including Alder, Apple, Cherry, Hickory, Maple, and Oak.
