While other smokers need to be tended constantly, the Bradley Smoker consistently produces clean smoke for up to 9 hours safely and without intervention.
This smoker automatically extinguishes bisquettes every 20 minutes into the water bowl and are replaced by new ones ensuring that the temperature does not fluctuate eliminating high-temperature gasses, acids, and resins that can often distort the smoky flavour.
The main difference between the 4 rack and 6 rack digital smokers is simply the capacity, The 6 rack holds 108ltr compared with the 78ltr on the 4 rack.
Uniquely this smoker also offers the user the additional ability to roast, smoke and barbeque outdoors making it the perfect outdoor kitchen accessory to entertain guests and or experiment with different flavours whilst being in total control.
48 Bisquettes are supplied with every smoker you buy.
The bisquettes are available in a variety of woods including Alder, Apple, Cherry, Hickory, Maple, and Oak.
