The beauty with this smoker is that it automatically extinguishes bisquettes every 20 minutes into the water bowl which are then replaced by new ones ensuring that the temperature does not fluctuate. This eliminates any chances of high-temperature gasses, acids, and resins that can often distort the smoky flavour.
Uniquely this smoker also offers the user the additional ability to roast, smoke and barbeque outdoors making it the perfect outdoor kitchen accessory to entertain guests and or experiment with different flavours whilst being in total control.
