It has a 10"/25cm blade & will effortlessly slice meats wafer-thin up to a maximum of 15mm thick.
This slicer is belt driven with a 140W motor & built in an anodised aluminium making it robust an easy to clean. It has a tempered, refaced and hard chromium plated blade making this machine incredibly efficient and very easy to maintain.
