This is a high-quality slicer that will give you a fine degree of control from ‘wafer-thin’ cuts to a thickness of 13mm. It has an 8"/19.5cm blade that will effortlessly slice through meats with absolute precision. This slicer is belt driven with a 110W motor & built in an anodised aluminium making it robust an easy to clean. It has a tempered, refaced and hard chromium plated blade making this machine incredibly efficient and very easy to maintain. 

It's 9kg weight makes it very sturdy and ensures that this piece of kit will not move anywhere when slicing the product.
