It will effortlessly mix the meat by effectively mixing the proteins in the meat called myosin and binding the mixture together. Operation and cleaning are both very easy as the removable paddle can be taken out to clean and be washed through. It has a strong and robust structure, suitable for seasoning and mixing sausage, salami, burger meat, or any other meat mixtures.
It has a stainless steel interior and exterior, paddle, and shaft with a clear transparent plastic lid so you are able to see the mix develop as the proteins bind.
