This Pork & Chestnut trade pack blended by Leonards is a beauty and sure to be a winter warmer. This mix is brimming with kibbled chestnuts. The richness of the chestnuts however is not overpowering as the sausage is balanced out with herbs of parsley and pepper.
This mix also goes beautifully with your pigs-in-blankets sausage as the earthiness of the chestnuts combines beautifully with the saltiness of the bacon.e
A winter sausage that is suitable as individual sausages, in stews or even a winter casserole.
