Tasty and not spicy. A blend that includes cumin, coriander, pepper and ginger with visual pieces of dried dates running throughout. 

The mix produces a round, full-bodied, sweet and astringent flavour with a satisfying and appetite-stimulating pepper bite. While each spice makes its own distinctive contribution and may leave one with a lingering hint of its individuality, no single flavour dominates making this a fantastic and unique sausage mix. 

The dates running through the mix add a fruitiness to the sausage which balances out the spices beautifully.

This mix is a trade pack and is available in the following pack sizes:

5 x 0.681kg packs (1 x 5 mix case). Each individual Mix makes a 10lb batch.

12 x 1.362kg packs (1 x 12mix case). Each individual Mix makes a 20lb batch.
