Produced from an old Lincolnshire recipe, this seasoning includes Black Pepper, Rubbed Sage & a hint of Ginger, making a traditional and good quality Lincolnshire sausage. This is a real favourite amongst our customers who come back to use it time and time again.
Each pack contains 227g and is enough for a 20lb mix of sausage! All you need in addition are some casings, bread rusk and your own meat!
This seasoning is naturally gluten-free and makes no difference to the taste of the product but is simply just an added benefit for those who are on a gluten-free diet. To make a gluten free sausage with this seasoning simply add gluten-free rusk to your mix.
