This is a fully certified Organic Dry Cure which can be used plain for a sweet dry cure or with herbs and spices if required.
The cure makes a flavoursome and balanced bacon that is cured to perfection.
Simply use at a rate of 3% to the weight of meat.
This cure contains Sea Salt, Organic Sugar, and Preservative E250.
Our Organic Dry Cures are produced by a BRC and Soil Association accredited blending factory. The recipes are formulated, tried and tested, to produce end products that are well within the EC and Soil Association Regulations and guidance for residual nitrates and nitrites.
