The 26cm Scimitar knife is a longer butcher knife with an upturned curve to it. This knife has a semi-rigid blade based on the mainstream American butchery knives. The blade has been oiled which makes it easy to slice off meat to the mm with exact precision. This knife is also especially suitable for BBQs when handling a lot of meat and portioning meat quickly. 

There are several indents running down the blade which add flare to the knife and help to release sticky pieces of meat from the knife after slicing.
